June product roundup

Mikk Lemberg

Chief Product Officer

June’s Terminal updates were about making billing and payment related processes smoother and more flexible. From our eSIM Core side, we have published a public API for managing and orchestrating the eSIM lifecycle.

1oT Terminal

Pay quickly using the Pay Invoice button

We’ve added a Pay Invoice button to the top of our PDF invoices to make paying your monthly connectivity fees simpler. The button will take you straight to our Stripe checkout page, and you won’t have to log in to Terminal to pay the bill.

For extra convenience, we have also included the Pay Invoice button in Terminal next to your invoices. If you have an unpaid invoice, the button will be visible and you can make the payment with just a few clicks.

Stripe is now available for all customers

To offer a faster, more secure, and reliable payment experience, we're expanding our use of Stripe to support all customers, not just those paying in US Dollars. Stripe now supports payments in both Euros and US Dollars, making it easier for everyone to use.

To make the switch, we encourage you to re-enter your payment information—this will automatically migrate you to Stripe, ensuring your future payments are smooth and seamless.

Minor improvements and bug fixes

  • New customers will only see essential columns in the SIM Overview table to reduce visual clutter and make onboarding easier. However, you can still add and remove the columns at any time as you need.
  • The Main Point of Contact is now a required field in the contact details form and you also need to click Edit Contact to make changes and Save to apply them.
  • Users will be able to generate and manage multiple API Keys with either Read or Read&Write Access
  • Fixed a bug where disabling data limits on SIMs didn’t save. Now there’s a Save button to ensure that your edits are applied.

eSIM Core

Public API for eSIM lifecycle management

1oT’s eSIM IoT Remote Manager (eIM) now offers a public API to manage and orchestrate the eSIM lifecycle. The initial release focuses on eSIM transactions and supports the following operations:

  • Download profiles by ICCID, activation code, or profile type, with optional auto-enable
  • Enable profiles on an EID
  • Delete profiles on an EID
  • Set or unset fallback status
  • List attached EIDs
  • List profiles ready for download (ICCID and connectivity provider name)

A hands-on demo of our eSIM IoT Remote Manager (eIM) in action

You can now watch our video where we walk through each step, from importing a profile to enabling it on a live device, all powered by the latest SGP.32 specification. Whether you’re an IoT innovator or just curious about eSIM technology, this video shows how simple and powerful eSIM can be.

Fixes and improvements

  • Fixed a bug that prevented showing the last polling time in the attached eUICC view in eIM

Work in progress

  • Save and set default View: you will be able to save a filtered view in Terminal’s SIMs overview page and set it as default view so every time you open the page, it looks just the way you need it. This will boost efficiency by letting you skip repetitive filtering steps and jump straight into their preferred view every time.
  • Re-order option to recreate a previous shipment: You'll soon be able to recreate a past shipment in just a few clicks using the new Re-order option—no need to start from scratch.
